Axtell Commercial offers exclusive representation to the buyer or seller or we will act as an intermediary to both the buyer and the seller in a transaction.  We specialize in Marinas. We do not disclose who our clients are, regardless if you are a buyer or seller until NDA’s are complete and sellers and buyers feel confident about moving forward in an offering or a transaction.
For the buyer, Axtell Commercial makes sure the facility fits your model. We act as an advocate in determining fair market value of a proposed acquisition, composition of a comprehensive business plan for financing purposes and we assistance with arranging equity participation and mortgage funding depending on your need.
For the Seller, Axtell Commercial will guide you on determining values and packaging the sale of your property to make sure you obtain a fair market value. We bring qualified buyers to the seller making a transition as simple and as timely as possible. In some selling scenarios, the seller may want to maintain partial ownership, provide financing, stay in management, exit all together or participate in a variety of other ways.
We are sensitive to the need for confidentiality to both the buyer and seller and will limit the exposure of an offering for sellers or as we act as an advocate for buyers with complete confidentiality.
